Racing has always been a part of Kris and Toby's lives. As they grew up they spent time watching their father race. Kris and Toby followed in his footsteps and began racing go-karts. 1996 found Kris racing in the Street Stock Division at Norway, Speedway in Michigan with Toby as his Crew Chief. Kris scored Rookie of the Year and finished second in the championship standings. The next three years, TK Motorsports scored three Street Stock Championships. They were the first team to accomplish this feat. They followed that up with winning the Late Model Division Track Championship in 2003 and 2004.

Every year since 2000 the team has traveled more and packed their schedule tighter. In 2007 we secured a 13th place finish in the championship standings of the newly formed ASA Midwest Tour. Additionally, we brought home the hardware in the Limited Late Model division at Wisconsin International Raceway driving for M&M Motorsports, winning the championship by a whopping 103 points! As for 2008, we will return to ASA Midwest Tour now as a Touring Star of the series and hope to defend the championship at W.I.R.
